General Dentist – Chard
Dental Recruitment Group Ltd is thrilled to partner with a brand-new, fully digital mixed practice in Chard, seeking a General Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.
Position Availability:
- Both full-time and part-time options available
- Work Days: Monday – Friday
To be eligible for this General Dentist role, you must have:
- GDC Registration: Must be a registered Dentist
- NHS Performer Number: Active NHS Performer Number required
- Ethical Focus: Strong commitment to patient-centered dentistry
- Growth Mindset: Motivated to expand both NHS and private patient lists
In exchange, the General Dentist will receive:
- Flexible UDA Allocation: 2,000 – 10,000
- UDA Value: £15 – £17, depending on experience
- Income Split: 50/50 for private work
- Modern Facilities: Equipped with digital X-rays, rotary endo, and a paperless Dentally system
- Support Team: Access to in-house Dental Therapists/Hygienists, Nurses, and Admin staff
- Marketing Support: Active initiatives to help build your private income
- Clinical Freedom: Work within a supportive management structure
- Mentorship: Available for early-career or returning dentists
