Role Summary:

Step into a key position at this brand new dental practice, where you will lead clinical therapy and governance efforts to ensure exceptional patient care, compliance with standards, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive prevention and restorative services, manage therapy-led patient pathways, and deliver oral health education.
• Governance: Ensure adherence to CQC, GDC, and NHS standards; oversee audits and incident investigations; maintain essential governance documentation.
• Leadership: Mentor dental therapists and hygienists, support recruitment initiatives, and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Patient Experience: Enhance patient access and engagement; analyse data to drive improved health outcomes.

Requirements:

• Diploma or BSc in Dental Therapy
• GDC registration
• Minimum of 4 years of NHS experience
• Familiarity with governance frameworks and audit principles
• Excellent communication, supervision, and mentoring skills
